& PROCEDURE
CONSULTING VISIT
The first step is a consultation visit to carry out a personal analysis of your property. We listen carefully to your wishes and give you advice on how to capture the essence of each space. Based on an accurate inventory, we provide you with a project proposal.
The hourly rate for a no-obligation consultation is €120 incl. VAT.
DESIGN AND PLANS
To get started, we'll schedule a site visit where we'll take measurements and verify the condition of the premises.
From there, we'll work on space planning and create sketches based on your needs and regulatory possibilities.
Once the sketches have been validated, we'll use computer software to create a realistic 3D representation of the space.
DECORATION
When it comes to decorating, we'll provide you with ideas for furniture layout, color selection, materials, lighting, textiles and decorative elements to create a space that reflects your style and meets your needs.
To get started, we'll schedule a site visit where we'll take measurements and familiarize ourselves with the space.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
When it comes to project management, we'll take charge of coordinating the implementation of your project, including the hiring of subcontractors to carry out the necessary work.
To ensure smooth operations, we'll schedule regular site visits, coordinate with the various stakeholders and manage the project schedule.

CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE AND WARDROBE
Initial consultation: Listening to your needs and taking quotations.
Design and quotation: Presentation of a 3D plan and computer-generated images of your project, accompanied by a detailed quotation and a precise lead time.
Furniture manufacturing: Once your project has been validated, we start manufacturing your furniture and coordinate your worksite.
Installation and coordination: Delivery and installation of your custom-made furniture on schedule, in collaboration with other trades.
